Paladin Registry is an independent information services company that evaluates and rates the qualification of financial advisors and planners. Paladin issues one to five star ratings based on a comprehensive review of the advisors’ credentials, ethics, business practices, and financial services. These four categories of advisor characteristics have the greatest impact on their ability to deliver competent, ethical advice and quality services.
Paladin conducted extensive research to identify the information that more than 4,000 investors said they wanted from advisors before they selected them. Then Paladin developed documentation that provides that information including: professional profiles, disclosure statements, Code of Ethics, firm data, and an Internet publishing service for advisor articles.
Since 2004, Paladin has reviewed the qualifications of more than 16,000 advisors and awarded its five star rating to the top 7%. This quality rating requires advisors to meet the highest minimum standards in the financial services industry for their credentials, ethics, business practices, and services. Only five star rated professionals are invited to be profiled in the Paladin Registry.
